Manage sessions

This article provides information on managing a game or training session using the PitcheroGPS Team App.

Overview

Player performance metrics are stored against sessions. A session is created for the team when transferred to the PitcheroGPS Team App from the trackers connected to the charging dock.


 

View a session

Step-by-step guide:

  • Load the PitcheroGPS Team App on your Windows/Mac device
  • Select the team from the drop-down menu at the top of the screen (if your organisation has multiple teams)
  • Click the right arrow next to the session name in the Latest Sessions section of the Dashboard screen

 

Export session data

Step-by-step guide:

  • Load the PitcheroGPS Team App on your Windows/Mac device
  • Select the team from the drop-down menu at the top of the screen (if your organisation has multiple teams)
  • Click '...' on the session row in the Latest Sessions section of the Dashboard screen
  • Click 'Export as PDF' or 'Export as XLSX'


Troubleshooting

This section covers common troubleshooting queries:

  • The session data is different to what is expected

    • Check if the session has been trimmed to remove data from the session the team doesn't wish to view/analyse.
    • Check the session data to see if a tracker(s) was left on after the session ended (i.e. the walk back to the changing room, or in the car journey).
