This article provides information on managing the membership subscription renewal for a PitcheroGPS Player Bundle.

Membership subscription renewals
An active membership subscription is required for an athlete to use the PitcheroGPS Player Bundle to record and view session data on the mobile app.
The membership subscription is automatically renewed using the payment card stored with the payment provider unless the customer elects to cancel the subscription.
UK customers
The annual membership subscription is £36 (equivalent to £3 per month).
The membership subscription is automatically renewed from the bank card stored with the payment provider, Stripe.
Please note:
Customers who purchased the Player Bundle before October 2024 could purchase the membership subscription annually or monthly. Monthly is £10 per month (equivalent to £120 per year).
Customers already paying monthly may continue to do so, however, we would advise to switch to annual as it's a lot cheaper. Contact our Support Team for assistance.
If the customer's monthly subscription is cancelled, the customer would be able to reactivate the subscription paying annually.
Non-UK customers
The PitcheroGPS Player Bundle includes a membership subscription for the first 30 days.
The customer's chosen payment card will automatically be charged the annual membership subscription fee 30 days after activation unless the subscription is cancelled by the customer.
- US customers - $60 per year (equivalent to $5 per month)
- EU customers - €48 per year (equivalent to €4 per month)
Gift purchases
This section is applicable for UK customers only.
The purchaser pays the membership subscription for the first year at the point of purchase.
When activating the subscription, the user will need to enter a bank card. This will not charge the bank card straight away, but is stored with the payment provider, Stripe, for future subscription renewals.
The bank card could be the customer's own card, or someone else's card if the customer has their consent.
After the first 12 months, the card stored as the payment method will be debited automatically for the membership subscription renewal.
