Cancel my PitcheroGPS membership subscription

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to www.pitcherogps.com in a web browser
  • Click "Login" towards the top of the page
  • Enter your email address and click "Send login code"
  • Find the email including the 4 digit code
  • Enter the 4 digit code on the Login page
  • Click "Manage subscription" on the Subscriptions page
  • View your subscription details, scroll down the page, and click "Cancel subscription"
  • Enter a reason for cancelling the membership subscription, then click "Next"
  • Enter any comments/feedback on your experience of using PitcheroGPS (optional), then click "Cancel subscription".

The page will refresh showing your inactive subscription and an option to re-activate.

What happens next:

  • You will still be able to use the PitcheroGPS mobile app until the next payment is due for the membership subscription.
  • When the membership subscription payment is due, the subscription will be cancelled and you will lose access to the PitcheroGPS mobile app until you reactivate the subscription.
  • None of your recorded session data will be lost, but you won't be able to view it on the app unless you have an active membership subscription.
  • You will not receive a refund for any unused time on a membership subscription.

Reactivate my PitcheroGPS membership subscription

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to www.pitcherogps.com in a web browser
  • Click "Login" towards the top of the page
  • Enter your email address and click "Send login code"
  • Find the email including the 4 digit code
  • Enter the 4 digit code on the Login page
  • Click "Re-activate" on the Subscriptions page
  • Click "Re-activate" on the right-hand side of the page

Your membership subscription will be reactivated with immediate effect, and the membership subscription payment taken from the card listed on the Payment Methods page.

Troubleshooting

This section covers common troubleshooting queries:

  • Unable to log in to my PitcheroGPS account
    • You need to enter the same email address that you provided when completing the purchase of the PitcheroGPS Player Bundle.
    • The 4 digit code should arrive in your inbox almost immediately, but please allow a few minutes and check your mailbox folders.
  • Unable to cancel my PitcheroGPS membership subscription
    • The cancel subscription option is on the Subscriptions page in your PitcheroGPS account (in a web browser).
    • You need to provide a reason for cancelling the subscription. Once cancelled, you will "Inactive subscriptions" on the Subscriptions page.
