Cancel my PitcheroGPS membership subscription

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to www.pitcherogps.com in a web browser
  • Click the profile icon towards the top-right corner of the page
  • Enter your email address and click "Send"
  • An email will be sent to your inbox with a secure link. Click "Log in" in the email to access the secure portal
  • In the secure portal, click "Cancel plan"
  • Review the information on the page. If you wish to proceed, click "Cancel plan"
  • Enter your reason for cancelling the subscription in the overlay and click "Submit"

The page will refresh showing your cancelled subscription and an option to renew the subscription.

What happens next:

  • You will still be able to use the PitcheroGPS mobile app until the date that the next payment is due for the membership subscription.
  • When the membership subscription payment is due, the subscription will be cancelled and you will lose access to the PitcheroGPS mobile app until you reactivate the subscription.
  • None of your recorded session data will be lost, but you won't be able to view it on the app unless you activate a new membership subscription.
  • You will not receive a refund for any unused time on a membership subscription.

Reactivate my PitcheroGPS membership subscription

We are delighted that you wish to reactivate your PitcheroGPS membership subscription. The primary way to reactivate the subscription is on the mobile app.

  • Go to www.pitcherogps.com in a web browser
  • Click the profile icon towards the top-right corner of the page
  • Enter your email address and click "Send"
  • An email will be sent to your inbox with a secure link. Click "Log in" in the email to access the secure portal
  • In the secure portal, click "Renew plan"

Your membership subscription will be reactivated with immediate effect, and the membership subscription payment taken from the card on file.

    • You need to enter the same email address that is associated with your PitcheroGPS account.
    • An email should be sent by the payment provider, Stripe. Look for an email sent from @stripe.com.
