Manage billing information

This article provides information on managing your billing information for a PitcheroGPS player bundle subscription.

View/update billing information

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to www.pitcherogps.com in a web browser
  • Click "Login" towards the top of the page
  • Enter your email address and click "Send login code"
  • Find the email including the 4 digit code
  • Enter the 4 digit code on the Login page
  • Click "Payment methods" at the top of the page
  • View the card details listed, click "Edit"
  • Click "Send update email" in the sidebar on the right-hand side of the page
  • An email will be sent to your inbox with a secure link to add/edit your card details in a Shopify webpage (the same platform where you purchased the Player Bundle)
    • The email will come from the following email address - no-reply@shopifyemail.com
  • Click "Confirm payment information" in the email
  • See your existing card on the page. Click "Change" to enter a different card
  • Enter your new bank card details on the secure Shopify web page
  • Click "Update card" to save the card as the new payment method

A message will appear at the top of the page confirming the payment method has been updated.

Troubleshooting

This section covers common troubleshooting queries:

  • Unable to log in to my PitcheroGPS account
    • You need to enter the same email address that you provided when completing the purchase of the PitcheroGPS Player Bundle.
    • The 4 digit code should arrive in your inbox almost immediately, but please allow a few minutes and check your mailbox folders.
  • Unable to update my card details
    • The option to update your payment methods is on the Payment Methods page in your PitcheroGPS account (in a web browser).
    • The card details are not updated directly on that page, but within a secure Shopify webpage. Click the "Send update email" button on the Payment Methods page to get the email from Shopify.
    • Make sure to enter a valid card on the secure Shopify webpage to update your existing payment method.
