This article provides information on managing your billing information for a PitcheroGPS player bundle subscription.

Update billing information

This section provides information on using a web browser to check, enter and update the payment method associated with the membership subscription for your PitcheroGPS Player Bundle.

If you are using the PitcheroGPS mobile app, please see the section below.

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to in a web browser
  • Click profile icon towards the top-right corner of the page
  • Enter your email address and click "Send"
  • An email will be sent to your inbox with a secure link. Click "Log in" in the email to access the secure portal
  • Click "Add payment method"
  • Enter your card details and click "Add"
    • You may be required to complete a Captcha form and/or approve payment method in your mobile banking app.

Please note:

In March 2024, we switched billing provider. If you purchased the Player Bundle prior to March 2024, your card details would not have been moved to the new billing provider. 

A notice will appear in the app to enter your payment method. This will not charge the payment method straight away, but when the next membership subscription payment is due (annual or monthly).


This section covers common troubleshooting queries:

  • Unable to log in to my PitcheroGPS account
    • You need to enter the same email address that is associated with your PitcheroGPS account
    • An email should be sent by the payment provider, Stripe. Look for an email sent from
  • Unable to update my card details
    • The option to update your payment methods is on the Payment Methods page in your PitcheroGPS account (in a web browser).
    • Make sure to enter a valid card on the secure billing portal and complete any required Captcha or authorisations with your mobile banking app.
