Overview
Players in your team need to be assigned an individual PitcheroGPS tracker so you can identify which players are which when uploading and analysing session data.
Before using the PitcheroGPS Team Bundle for the first time, you will need to add players to the team and sync the trackers to those players using the PitcheroGPS Team App and the charging dock.

Step-by-step guide:
- Connect the charging dock to the mains power and to your Windows/Mac device (using the cables provided)
- Ensure all trackers are securely in the charging case and turned on
- Load the PitcheroGPS Team App on your Windows/Mac device
- Select the team from the drop-down menu (if your organisation has multiple teams)
- Click 'Trackers' from the left menu (the tracker icon if using the collapsed menu)
- Click 'SCAN FOR TRACKERS' in the top right corner of the screen
- See the Unassigned Trackers section (red box in the bottom right corner of the screen)
- Click 'ADD ALL'
The trackers can then be assigned to players in the team. See the section below for more details.
Assigning and reassigning trackers
Step-by-step guide:
- Connect the charging dock to the mains power and to your Windows/Mac device (using the cables provided)
- Ensure all trackers are securely in the charging case and turned on
- Load the PitcheroGPS Team App on your Windows/Mac device
- Select the team from the drop-down menu (if your organisation has multiple teams)
- Click 'Trackers' from the left menu (the tracker icon if using the collapsed menu)
- Click 'SCAN FOR TRACKERS'
- See existing players and assigned trackers on the left side of the screen, and trackers in the dock on the right side of the screen
- Click 'EDIT' at the top of the screen
- Select a tracker for the player using the dropdown
- The tracker ID corresponds with the ID shown on the GPS tracker screen. A GPS tracker can only be assigned to one player at a time.
- Click 'SAVE'
- Click 'SYNC'

If assigning players and trackers for the first time, you can click 'Auto-assign trackers' to assign trackers to players based on the position of trackers in the charging dock and players listed in the team.

For organisations with multiple teams, managing which team and players the trackers are currently assigned to is important.

On the Team app, click 'Trackers' (the tracker icon if using the collapsed menu) from the left menu.
- The Tracker Assignments page will show which player each tracker is currently assigned to (based on the last change). A grey triangle indicates the tracker assignment on the Team app is not synced with the trackers in the dock.

Please note:

If a player uses a different tracker from the one assigned to them, the tracker can be reassigned to a different tracker on the session screen.
- An admin is unable to sync any changes to trackers and player assignments if the tracker(s) has session data. The session will need to be transferred or cleared from the tracker beforehand.
Troubleshooting
This section covers common troubleshooting queries:
- Player not listed in the team
- An admin or coach needs to add the player to the team so they can be assigned/reassigned to a tracker.
- A player is wearing the wrong/unassigned tracker
- An admin or coach can reassign the player to the correct tracker.
- Tracker ID/Number not known
- The Tracker ID and Tracker Number are displayed on the screen of each tracker when turned on or charging. Tracker IDs and numbers are uploaded to the PitcheroGPS Team App after you receive your order.
- Unable to sync trackers between the Team app and the dock.
- Any changes made to players or trackers in the Team app need to be synced with the trackers between the Team app and the dock.
- An admin cannot sync the trackers if a tracker(s) has session data. This will need to be transferred or cleared from the tracker beforehand.
- Unable to connect the dock to the Team app.
- Ensure you are using a USB-C cable and the plug provided, and that it has power from the mains. The plug is 65W and is not a standard universal plug used with a phone charger. If the dock has mains power, each tracker screen in the dock will light up.
- Try using a different a USB-C port on the dock, and different plug socket.

- Ensure you are using another USB-C cable to connect the dock to your Windows/Mac device.
