The article provides a quick start guide to using the PitcheroGPS Player Bundle for the first time.

Activate your account
To activate your tracker:
- Download the PitcheroGPS mobile app (free to download from the App Store and Play Store)
- Create your account using the activation code (the activation code should be included in the delivery box)
- Register your account with your/the athlete's details
- Connect your tracker to your account

Top tip:
If you have bought/received the PitcheroGPS Player Bundle as a gift, you may use yours or the purchaser's email address while creating the account.
Please note:
- The activation code should be found inside the box with your GPS tracker, vest and charging cable. It is a unique activation code for your order.

- If you are struggling to find the activation code in the box, please contact our Support Team directly, providing the following information:
- Proof of purchase of your PitcheroGPS Player Bundle - a screenshot of the order confirmation showing when you placed the order, and where from (i.e. our online shop or Amazon UK/Amazon US).
- Our team can assist to locate your existing activation code, or provide a new one.
Record a session
Step-by-step guide:
- Turn the tracker on by pressing and holding the button on the tracker until the lightning bolt bar fills.
- The PitcheroGPS logo will show before changing to a white flashing signal icon. This indicates the tracker is searching for a GPS signal.
- A GPS signal cannot be found indoors. Make sure you're outside to get the GPS signal.
- If a GPS signal cannot be found, try turning the tracker off and back on.
- Once a GPS signal has been found, a green runner will flash. The tracker is recording. Place the tracker in the padded pocket of your vest or base layer. Start your session!
- Once the session has ended, turn the tracker off by pressing and holding the button on the tracker until you see a countdown icon, then press once to confirm. The session will be saved ready to be transferred to your account on the mobile app.
Transfer a session
IMPORTANT - Download the PitcheroGPS app on your phone and activate/log into your account. For more information, please see a link to the related article here.
Step-by-step guide:
- Turn the tracker on by pressing and holding the button on the tracker until the progress bar fills.
- A green file icon will show a session is stored on the tracker and is ready to be transferred.
- Only 1 session can be stored on the tracker at any one time. The existing session will need to be transferred to your account before you can record a new session.
- Open the PitcheroGPS mobile app on your phone and tap the blue "+" icon at the bottom of the screen.
- The app will search for the tracker. Once found, tap "Transfer". The transfer will start and will take up to 60 seconds (depending on the length of the session).
- Tap "Next" once the transfer has been completed.
- Enter the session details and tap "Done".
- Tap "View Now" to view the session straight away or "Done" to return to the Activity screen.
View session data
Step-by-step:
- Open the PitcheroGPS app on your phone.
- On the Activity screen, see your completed sessions and tap "View session"
- You can scroll down the screen or tap the calendar icon in the top right corner of the screen to filter to a session(s) on a specific date.
- The session screen shows an overview of your session data with tabs for Speed, Distance, and Intensity.
- Scroll down the screen to view more in-depth information.
