Manage my details
Step-by-step guide:
- Load the PitcheroGPS Team App on your Windows/Mac desktop
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen
- Click 'My Account'
- Click 'EDIT'
- Update your details
- Click 'SAVE' to confirm any changes
Change my password
Step-by-step guide:
- Load the PitcheroGPS Team App on your Windows/Mac desktop
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen
- Click 'My Account'
- Click 'CHANGE PASSWORD'
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password
- Click 'Submit'
Your password should be secure and memorable (to you only), and/or be stored in a secure password vault such as 1Password or LastPass.
Join an organisation
Step-by-step guide:
- Load the PitcheroGPS Team App on your Windows/Mac desktop
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen
- Click 'Join Organisation'
- Enter the join code (this will have been shared with you by your organisation admin
- Click 'SUBMIT'
Leave an organisation
Step-by-step guide:
- Load the PitcheroGPS Team App on your Windows/Mac desktop
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen
- Click '...' next to the organisation name
- Click 'LEAVE ORGANISATION'
