Overview
The Staff Management area of the PitcheroGPS Team app enables owners and admins to manage staff associated with the organisation.
There are multiple roles available on the PitcheroGPS Team App.
- Owner - overall responsibility for the organisation and billing
- Admin - can see all teams, add staff and players, and amend all organisation and team settings
- Coach - can add players, amend tracker assignments and team preferences for the team they have access to
- Analyst - read-only access, and can view uploaded sessions. Analysts cannot make changes or upload a new session
Add a new admin, coach or analyst
Step-by-step guide:
- Load the PitcheroGPS Team App on your Windows/Mac desktop
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen
- Click the cog icon next to the team name under Organisations
- Click '+' next to Staff at the top of the screen
- Enter their details
- Their email address
- Select their role; Admin, Coach, or Analyst
- Select the team(s) they are assigned toEnter their details
The staff member will be sent an email invitation to join the team.
Edit an admin, coach or analyst
Step-by-step guide:
- Load the PitcheroGPS Team App on your Windows/Mac desktop
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen
- Click the cog icon next to the team name under Organisations
- Click the Role or Teams dropdown to change the staff member's role or team(s) assigned
Remove an admin, coach, or analyst
Step-by-step guide:
- Load the PitcheroGPS Team App on your Windows/Mac desktop
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen
- Click the cog icon next to the team name under Organisations
- Locate the staff member you wish to remove from the organisation
- Click the person icon on their row (next to the Teams column on the screen)
- Click 'Confirm' in the overlay
Change the organisation owner
The existing organisation owner can transfer ownership to another admin via the Team app.
Step-by-step guide:
- Load the PitcheroGPS Team App on your Windows/Mac desktop
- Click 'Coaches' from the left-menu
- Click the dots on the right side of the screen on the admin to change ownership to
- Click 'Manage'
- Under the Roles column for the admin, select 'Owner' within the dropdown menu
- Click 'Confirm' to complete the action
Tip:
If the existing organisation owner is not able to change their access to another admin, they/the team should contact our Support Team directly for assistance.
Troubleshooting
This section covers common troubleshooting queries:

I don't see teams as expected.
- If you don't see a team within the organisation as expected while using the Team app, the most likely reason is that you don't have the admin, coach or analyst role of the team.
- You will need to contact the organisation owner for assistance with your roles and access.
