This article provides information on managing your account using the PitcheroGPS Team App.

Manage my details

Step-by-step guide:

  • Load the PitcheroGPS Team App on your Windows/Mac desktop
  • Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen
  • Click 'My Account'
  • Click 'EDIT'
  • Update your details
  • Click 'SAVE' to confirm any changes

 

Change my password

Step-by-step guide:

  • Load the PitcheroGPS Team App on your Windows/Mac desktop
  • Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen
  • Click 'My Account'
  • Click 'CHANGE PASSWORD'
  • Enter your current password
  • Enter your new password
  • Click 'Submit'

Your password should be secure and memorable (to you only), and/or be stored in a secure password vault such as 1Password or LastPass.

 

Join an organisation

Step-by-step guide:

  • Load the PitcheroGPS Team App on your Windows/Mac desktop
  • Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen
  • Click 'Join Organisation'
  • Enter the join code (this will have been shared with you by your organisation admin
  • Click 'SUBMIT'

 

Leave an organisation

Step-by-step guide:

  • Load the PitcheroGPS Team App on your Windows/Mac desktop
  • Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen
  • Click '...' next to the organisation name
  • Click 'LEAVE ORGANISATION'
