Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to www.pitcherogps.com in a web browser
  • Click "Login" towards the top of the page
  • Enter your email address and click "Send login code"
  • Find the email including the 4 digit code
  • Enter the 4 digit code on the Login page
  • At the top of the page, see the 4 menu options
    • Subscriptions - view your details including your email address, membership subscription, and shipping address
    • Purchase history - view PitcheroGPS products you have purchased
    • Shipping addresses - view or edit your shipping address
    • Payment methods - view or edit your card details for the membership subscription payments

Troubleshooting

This section covers common troubleshooting queries:

  • Unable to log in to my PitcheroGPS account
    • You need to enter the same email address that you provided when completing the purchase of the PitcheroGPS Player Bundle.
    • The 4 digit code should arrive in your inbox almost immediately, but please allow a few minutes and check your mailbox folders.
