  • Go to www.pitcherogps.com in a web browser
  • Click the profile icon towards the top-right corner of the page
  • Enter your email address and click "Send"
  • An email will be sent to your inbox with a secure link. Click "Log in" in the email to access the secure portal
  • The secure portal allows you to view and update your billing information.

Troubleshooting

This section covers common troubleshooting queries:

  • Unable to log in to my PitcheroGPS account
    • You need to enter the same email address that is associated with your PitcheroGPS account
    • An email should be sent by the payment provider, Stripe. Look for an email sent from @stripe.com.
  • I want to change the name or email address on my account
    • Currently, there isn't an option to change your name or email address in the web portal or mobile app. Please contact us directly so we can complete the change on your behalf.
