Returns policy

We are confident in the value and quality of your PitcheroGPS tracker, vest, and mobile app. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you wish to return your PitcheroGPS Player Bundle, please contact our team on support@pitcherogps.com and we'll be happy to help.

Exchanges

GPS tracker

If there is a problem with your existing GPS tracker, please contact our Support Team directly here. Where possible, we will try to resolve an issue with your existing tracker.

If we are unable to resolve the issue, we may request you to return your existing tracker. If a product fault is found, we will replace the tracker within the warranty period of 12 months.

Please note:

If there is no manufacturing fault found with your tracker, you may not be eligible for a free replacement.

Vest or base layer

If your vest or base layer isn't the best fit, you can exchange it for a different size. The sizes range from Youth Small to Adult XXL.

The vest or base layer that you wish to return must be in its original condition. A replacement may not be sent if the returned item is faulty.

We're sorry that you're thinking of returning your PitcheroGPS Player Bundle order.

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Your order should be returned in the original packaging, including all items that came with it (including the GPS tracker, vest, and charging cable). All items must be in their original condition.

Once we have received your returned order, our team will inspect it and process the refund within 5 working days. We will contact you to discuss options if the item(s) do not meet our return criteria.

A refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the product is found to be defective, we will refund the cost of return shipping.
